Sales & Marketing Recruiter

Capital Vacations is a timeshare company providing vacation ownership experiences and is seeking a Sales and Marketing Recruiter for its Tennessee market. The role manages full-cycle recruitment for sales and marketing positions, develops sourcing strategies, evaluates candidates, partners with hiring managers, and supports hiring events and onboarding.

What you'll do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales and marketing roles across multiple sites within the TN market
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
• Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants for company values and role fit
• Partner closely with local hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and ensure alignment
• Attend local hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach programs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS (ClearCompany)
• Support onboarding efforts to ensure a smooth candidate-to-new hire transition

What they're looking for:

• 1+ year of recruiting experience (sales or high-volume preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
• Willingness to travel locally between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge locations
• Flexibility to attend occasional weekend or evening hiring events as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
• Knowledge of or interest in the timeshare/vacation ownership industry is a plus
