Sales Operations Analyst

Trinity Industries is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support its sales team through CRM and data management, performance reporting, and sales process improvement. The role supports commercial, executive, and sales support teams with analytics, dashboards, and workflow improvements.

What you'll do:

• Serve as a subject-matter resource for our Salesforce CRM, supporting account data quality and helping the sales team get the most from the system
• Build and maintain sales performance dashboards and recurring reports, including quarterly forecast-versus-actuals reporting
• Turn commercial requests into actionable insights and business-rule recommendations, leveraging analytics and AI tools
• Maintain recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly data sets and support sales performance and award metrics
• Identify and support sales process improvement initiatives, partnering with sales, IT, and other teams to streamline workflows and reduce cycle times
• Assist with other sales operations related tasks

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Data Analysis and Data Visualization skills
• Preferably in Economics, Finance, Business, Analytics, or a related field
• Master's Degree
• Ability to code in SQL, Python, or R
• Ability to leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
• Salesforce or other CRM experience
