Sales Operations Analyst On Site Position

Performance Foodservice is a broadline foodservice distributor serving local customers through sales representatives, chefs, consultants, and other experts. The Sales Operations Analyst supports sales force productivity through planning, reporting, process optimization, initiative implementation, compensation administration, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization
• As needed, coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the company
• Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement by fostering close, cooperative relationships with peer leaders, sales management, and sales and support personnel
• Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement at corporate and operating companies
• Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement
• Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization
• Recommends revisions to existing reports or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed
• Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives and builds peer support and strong internal company relationships with other key management personnel
• Works with Accounting, Finance, Human Resources and IT to provide assistance with sales incentive compensation administration on an as-needed basis, or when required to arbitrate or clarify the application of sales compensation program policies and procedures
• Complies with all policies and standards
• Develop and deliver presentations
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Required Education: Bachelor's Degree- Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
• Required Work Experience: 1-3 Years of related experience
