Sales Operations Internship - Summer 2027

Springs Window Fashions is a North American window covering company committed to creating positive experiences for its associates, consumers, business partners, and communities. The Sales Operations Intern will support dealer shop-drawing initiatives, develop related guidelines and processes, and help improve standard operating procedure documentation across sales operations.

What you'll do:

• Create customer facing and internal guidelines for dealers who would like to create their own shop drawings using Mecho/SWF Contract hardware
• Define the process of creation, approvals, library access and updates
• Work with leadership and legal for necessary liability avoidance and requirements from a dealer perspective
• Work with department leaders under sales operations to pursue missing or non-updated SOP documentation on: - Masterfiles - Warranty/Remakes - Backcharges - International Projects/Customers - Contact Documentation

What they're looking for:

• Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Sophomore/Junior level
• Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and attention to detail)
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Previous internship experience in relevant function
