The Sales Operations Manager II is responsible for driving the execution, rigor, and effectiveness of sales operating cadences, pipeline management, and performance insights for the North America Corporate business. This individual contributor role serves as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, transforming complex data into actionable business insights, driving accountability, and enabling informed decision-making.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, operational excellence, and business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority. Key Responsibilities
- Lead executive-level communications on sales performance, business health, and strategic priorities, delivering concise, actionable insights to leadership audiences.
- Provide day-to-day direction, prioritization, and coordination for a team of Sales Operations Analysts to ensure alignment and successful delivery of key initiatives.
- Own the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of sales operating cadences, ensuring meetings drive accountability, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
- Partner closely with sales leaders to analyze pipeline, forecast, and performance metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities while recommending data-driven actions.
- Drive follow-through and closure of action items, commitments, and business priorities across sales leaders, managers, and sellers.
- Ensure pipeline integrity through ongoing monitoring of opportunity health, aging, progression, and forecasting accuracy.
- Identify and proactively communicate business risks, performance gaps, and emerging trends to sales leadership.
- Review, enhance, and validate reporting deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and executive-ready storytelling.
- Support strategic Sales Operations initiatives, including territory and segmentation strategy, reporting enhancements, process optimization, and sales tooling improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Strategy, Marketing, and Business Operations teams to support business objectives and drive operational excellence.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- Experience creating executive-level presentations and business reviews using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting sales organizations in a Sales Operations or Revenue Operations capacity.
- Proven ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and coordinate work across teams without direct people management responsibility.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic business recommendations.
- Experience partnering with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting platforms such as Power BI, Qlik, or similar analytics tools.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable CRM platforms.
This position requires candidates to be based near our headquarters in Morrisville, NC and adhere to a 3:2 hybrid work schedule. This means three days on-site for in-person collaboration and two days remote each week, ensuring flexibility while maintaining strong team engagement.
