Sales Performance & Analytics Intern Summer 2027

Amplifon provides hearing care retail and hearing health care solutions. The Sales Performance & Analytics Intern will analyze sales data, build reports and dashboards, maintain data accuracy, and support technology, operational, and analytics projects. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and improve business performance visibility.

What you'll do:

• Support Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance data, prepare reports and dashboards, and identify trends and opportunities to help drive business decision-making and operational effectiveness
• Manage Data & Business Insights Projects: Assist with maintaining data accuracy, updating data flows across systems, and supporting analytics initiatives that improve reporting processes and business performance visibility
• Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with sales, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders to support ongoing projects, provide data-driven insights, and gain exposure to business performance management and strategic planning

What they're looking for:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Technology, Operations, or a related field
• Current Junior with a graduation date between May - June 2028
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools
• Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Previous leadership experience through involvement in student organizations, volunteer work, or previous experience
