About this role
The Sales Audit Team is responsible for auditing sales transactions across all Fleet Farm stores, Convenience Centers, and Auto Service Centers. The team also partners with the Store Support Center by assisting with customer issue resolution and monitoring store compliance, while identifying and reporting no-compliance concerns.
What you will do:
- Audit daily sales transactions and deposits for all Fleet Farm locations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Perform monthly reconciliations for all tenders/ transactions within Fleet Farm.
- Manage credit card chargebacks, returned checks, and exception reporting processes.
- Provide support to store teams regarding Point of Sale (POS) issues and customer issue resolution.
- Analyze sales and operational data, prepare reports and identify opportunities for process improvement.
What you will bring:
- Associate’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field, OR equivalent work experience.
- Two or more years of progressive work experience required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to research and resolve discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP systems preferred (Oracle a plus)
