Sales Recruiter

Verkada is transforming how organizations protect their people and places with an integrated, privacy-sensitive AI-powered platform. As a Mid-Market Sales Recruiter, you will partner with the Mid-Market Sales Leadership team to source, recruit, and close talented Account Executives, playing a crucial role in the company's growth.

What you'll do:

• Own the full recruiting cycle from source to close for Mid-Market Account Executives
• Strategically and creatively source passive Mid-Market Account Executive candidates
• Partner with our Mid-Market Sales teams to generate candidate referrals
• Develop relationships with Sales leadership to collaborate during the hiring process
• Make compelling presentations to all candidates about Verkada and the Sales Organization
• Provide top notch candidate experience while as being a trusted internal business partner to our stakeholders
• Work with your RC to manage the interview scheduling
• Track and document candidate communications in ATS - Greenhouse
• Plan and execute sales recruiting events, some travel required

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-3 years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience: from source to close
• Strong ability to influence using collaboration
• Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities
• Commitment to excellence and top performance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Travel to events and offices across the country
• Sales recruiting experience is a plus
• Experience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, GoodTime, and G-Suite is a plus
