Sarah Zaccaro, RSC:
- Time with Aflac: 21 years
- Prior Experience: Began her professional career at Compass Bank, where she worked for 2.5 years before joining Aflac and building a long-standing career in the insurance industry.
- Passionate About: Her church, family, and spending quality time with loved ones. Whether it’s a family outing, church activities, or simply being together, Sarah values faith and family above all else.
Kristi Bellew, DSC:
- Time with Aflac: 1 year
- Prior Experience: Spent 7 years working with a competitor in the insurance industry, gaining valuable experience and insight before bringing her expertise to Aflac.
- Passionate About: Spending time with family, traveling to new places, reading a good book, and enjoying sunny days out on the boat. Kristi loves making memories and embracing life’s relaxing moments.
Bailey Whitsett, DSC:
- Time with Aflac: 3 years
- Prior Experience: Worked as an Industrial Sales Coordinator for a hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal company, developing strong organizational and client relationship skills before transitioning to Aflac.
- Passionate About: Family time and the outdoors. Whether it’s exploring nature, enjoying fresh air, or spending time with loved ones, Bailey enjoys staying active and connected to the people who matter most.
Tara Nichols, Sales Associate:
- Time with Aflac: 15 years
- Prior Experience: Worked as a dental hygienist for 15 years before beginning her successful career with Aflac, bringing a caring and people-focused approach to her work.
- Passionate About: Concerts, puppy dogs, boating, gardening, and hosting gatherings for friends and family. Tara loves creating fun experiences and making people feel welcome.
Ann Hartwell, Sales Associate:
- Time with Aflac: 25 years
- Prior Experience: Graduated from the University of South Alabama — Go Jags! — and worked in Human Resources at Compass Bank before joining Aflac.
- Passionate About: Sailing with her family and being active in her church community at Christ the King in Daphne, Alabama. Ann enjoys combining faith, family, and time on the water.
Role Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
- Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
- Conduct virtual and on-site presentations with employers to position the value of Aflac.
- Educate employees on available benefits packages and support enrollment needs.
- Provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support.
- Attend team meetings and trainings.
Qualifications:
- Life/Health insurance license (or the willingness to quickly obtain) is required.
- Proven industry experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results driven.
- Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check.
- Authorized to work in the United States without need of visa sponsorship.
- Education Level: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
