Sales Representative Recruiter

All Weather Seal of West Michigan is a family-owned home improvement company specializing in windows, baths, and metal roofing. The Sales Representative Recruiter will build the sales team by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and helping hire qualified sales professionals while coordinating with Sales Leadership and maintaining candidate relationships throughout the recruiting process.

What you'll do:

• Recruit Sales Representatives for multiple markets and locations
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential sales candidates
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, recruiting platforms, referrals, networking, and creative outreach
• Make outbound calls and messages to prospective candidates daily
• Conduct initial phone screens and qualify candidates
• Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with Sales Leadership
• Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the recruiting process
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS/CRM
• Track recruiting activity, interviews, hires, and other performance metrics
• Work closely with Sales Managers to understand hiring needs and candidate requirements
• Help identify candidates who fit the company's culture and sales environment
• Communicate the opportunity, compensation structure, expectations, and career path to candidates

• 1+ year of recruiting, sales, customer service, or other people-focused experience
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Confident, energetic, and personable communication style
• Strong follow-up skills
• Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
• Organized and able to manage multiple candidates at different stages
• Comfortable working with technology, ATS/CRM systems, job boards, and social media
• Able to work independently while being a strong team player
• Motivated by measurable goals and performance
• Professional and positive attitude
• Sales recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting commission-based sales professionals
