Job Description

The Executive Analyst provides administrative support with a primary focus on coordinating and scheduling meetings for the executive. The role is responsible for managing the executive's calendar, arranging appointments, coordinating meeting logistics, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring the calendar is accurate and up to date. The position supports efficient day-to-day operations by prioritizing scheduling requests and communicating meeting details to participants.

The position requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in related area and 2+ years of related work experience; and / or equivalent experience / training - Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns. - Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes. - Working knowledge of common organization-specific and other computer application programs. - Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality. - Solid communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff verbally and in writing. - Prior scheduling/calendar experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications: - N/A
