Scott College of Business Marketing Coordinator

Indiana State University is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for the Scott College of Business. The role develops and executes marketing plans, communications, marketing materials, and social media while supporting recruitment, retention, alumni, donor, and internal communication efforts.

What you'll do:

• Social Media: Manages multiple social media accounts for college, including content creation when necessary
• Marketing Communications: Creates marketing emails and/or online advertising while coordinating the execution of these efforts. Monitors and maintains video display messaging within college, including content creation
• Marketing Materials: Design, write, and produce marketing collateral (e.g., program sheets, newsletters, promotional stories, and/or annual reports)
• Events: Plan, coordinate and/or provide support for designated special events within the college
• Marketing Analytics: Observe and analyze results of marketing efforts to determine effectiveness
• University Collaboration: Collaborate with University Communication and University Marketing adhering to Indiana State University brand standards and media relations policies
• Performs other duties as assigned
