Seasonal Human Resources Coordinator

Cherry Hill Programs provides holiday and souvenir photography experiences across North America. The Seasonal Human Resources Coordinator will support employee onboarding, maintain accurate HR records, monitor HR inquiries and compliance requirements, and assist with seasonal HR administration.

What you'll do:

• Ensure completion of new employee onboarding steps and follow up on missing information or documents
• Process and maintain employee records in our HRIS, UKG and other systems of record as needed
• Monitor HR tickets and email, answer routine questions, and route more complex issues to the appropriate team member
• Track background check and minor work permit requirements and follow up to help ensure they are completed before employees begin work
• Partner with hiring managers and HR team members to resolve onboarding issues and keep start dates on track
• Provide updates on onboarding status and outstanding requirements
• Handle sensitive employee information with care and confidentiality
• Support other seasonal HR administrative needs as assigned
