Seasonal Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Entry Level

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Seasonal Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support hiring for part-time and full-time hourly positions. The role focuses on sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, screening, tracking, and processing candidates while reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Manager.

What you'll do:

• Source for positions to attract qualified applicants by using cold calling, data mining, external job board searches etc
• Actively work within Workday to identify, track, monitor, process, and hire candidates
• Evaluate the profiles of potential candidates by conducting preliminary phone screen assessments
• Ensure a high level of professionalism and courtesy when assisting any candidates via phone, email, and in person
• Document information into Microsoft Excel for tracking, trending, and monitoring

What they're looking for:

• High School diploma and/or equivalency certification required
• Needs to be able to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities in a constantly changing environment
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment that demands flexibility and creativity
• Must demonstrate proficiency in internet navigation and web-based programs
• Must have basic Excel experience
• Must be comfortable using a laptop computer and software
• Must have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Previous recruiting/sourcing experience is a plus
