Seasonal Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

• Drives processes which may influence the direction of other areas
• Effectively delivers formal counseling/mentoring to direct reports
• Participates  and engages onsite client relationship
• Drives quality of Client related projects and promotes overall success
• Supervise and execute improvement process in quality production
• Supervise and adjust staffing levels based on requirements
• Manage, coach, and mentor hourly staff
• Identifies operational issues and drives action for quick resolution
• Communicate staffing and equipment issues proactively

Job Requirements -

• JDE/WMS knowledge required; 7.3 desired
• Effective people and planning skills required
• Promote fair, safe, trained and engaged work environment
• Understanding of customer service as it relates to returned merchandise and refunds
• Proficent in Microsoft Excel and Word

Required Experience

• College/Business degree preferred
• 3-5 years in a Leadership capacity within a Distribution Center environment
• 1-2 years experience in Returns
• Workforce Planning experience required
• Deliver resolution to issues and promote process improvement
