What You'll Do:

  • Maintain a regular work schedule, including prompt arrival for early morning work hours.
  • Prepare documents Maintain such as rig directions, letters, memoranda, reports, meeting minutes, proposals, and statistical materials.
  • Establish, maintain, and organize records and filing systems for correspondence, reports, including confidential or technical materials.
  • Compose and type routine correspondence for supervisors and colleagues as requested.
  • Prepare and send daily drilling reports.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail; answer phones, provide information to callers, route calls appropriately, take messages, and place outgoing calls.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP Concur inquiries and support, assisting field personnel with expense report creation, submission, and troubleshooting in alignment with company accounting policies and procedures.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the accounting department, including responding to requests, preparing and organizing documentation, and assisting with routine processes to facilitate accurate and timely financial operations.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and make travel arrangements, as required.
  • Perform other administrative or clerical duties as assigned.


What We're Looking For:

Required Education, Experience and/or Abilities

  • A high school diploma or equivalent education, supplemented by specialized courses in office administration with one (1) year of full-time secretarial experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages and to interpret graphs
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, database management and word processing.
  • Typing speed of sixty words per minute (60 wpm). 
  • Proficiency in filing systems and records management 

 


Additional Eligibility Qualifications 

  • English language fluency, verbal and written.
  • Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test.
