Security Engineer - Operational Technology

Boulder Connect is seeking a Security Engineer to safeguard manufacturing environments and operational technology systems. The role develops and maintains cybersecurity standards, controls, policies, and procedures; assesses vulnerabilities and risks; and collaborates with IT and business teams to ensure secure operations across multiple locations.

What you'll do:

• Establish standards for new equipment, integrating it into the OT network and assessing vulnerabilities
• Create and maintain OT-specific policies, procedures, and training materials
• Implement access controls and technical standards for equipment and systems
• Develop risk metrics, perform risk assessments, and generate visibility and reporting tools
• Research industry benchmarks and recommend process improvements

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Networking, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
• 0-2 years of experience with industrial control systems and cybersecurity fundamentals
• Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity, strong communication skills, and technical business acumen
