Security Engineer - Operational Technology

RG&T Solutions is seeking an Operational Technology Security Cyber Prevention Engineer to safeguard manufacturing technology. The role focuses on developing and maintaining security controls, integrating new equipment, conducting risk assessments, establishing access controls and risk metrics, and collaborating with IT and business teams to ensure secure operations.

What you'll do:

• Develop, implement, and maintain security standards, policies, and controls for manufacturing equipment, enterprise systems, and data
• Manage new equipment integration, perform risk assessments, create training materials, establish access controls, and support standardization efforts
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure secure operations across locations
• Conduct industry benchmarking and establish risk metrics for operational technology

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Networking, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
• 0-2 years of experience in machine control networks/ICS, with foundational knowledge of industrial cybersecurity and communication networks
• Strong communication skills and business acumen are essential
• Flexible hours, occasional travel, possible overtime, and work on weekends/holidays
