Security Guard Full Time Retail Patrol Driver

As a Security Guard Full Time Retail Patrol Driver in Stamford, CT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a retail mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to guests, tenants, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations throughout the retail center in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, retail corridors, entrances, parking facilities, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for security-related concerns, report observed hazards or unusual activity, and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with directing visitors, providing general information, and supporting a welcoming environment while maintaining awareness of location activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
