As a Security Officer Full Time in Raymore, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide outstanding customer service at a professional office location. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access at the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain required visitor records.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Answer phones, provide general site information, and communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and Allied Universal leadership.
• Monitor front-desk activity and report unusual or unauthorized activity according to site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
