As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Full Time in SUNNYVALE, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support residents and visitors with professional customer service and communication. You will report security-related concerns, respond to situations as needed, and represent Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture through teamwork and integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to residential incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the residential property, including common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations.
- Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious activity, property concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures.
- Document incidents, patrol activities, and interactions in clear, accurate reports while communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
- A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
