About this role

Honeywell Aerospace develops technologies for aviation and aerospace applications. The Semiconductor Engineering Intern will support semiconductor engineering projects by assisting with device testing, characterization, data analysis, process development, and optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

What you'll do:

  • Assist in semiconductor device testing, characterization, and data analysis
  • Support process development and optimization activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

What they're looking for:

  • · Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Electrical or Computer Engineering or similar field
  • · Must graduate December 2027 or later
  • · Must continue enrollment in degree program upon completion of the internship
  • · Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher)
  • · Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S
  • Honeywell Aerospace is currently unable to consider applicants who would require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization for this position. Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
  • * Familiarity with ASIC/FPGA design languages, such as VHDL, Verilog, and/or SystemVerilog
  • * Familiarity with basic Digital Design concepts, including Clocking and Resets, Clock-Domain-Crossing Analysis, Synthesis, Place-and-Route, and Static Timing Analysis
  • * Knowledge of basic Electrical Engineering principles
  • * Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication tools or simulation software
