Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions for business use cases
- Analyze business problems and recommend the right AI approach, including ML models, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, or cloud AI services
- Build and integrate LLM-based applications using prompt engineering, orchestration, semantic search, vector databases, and model evaluation techniques
- Develop, evaluate, deploy, and continuously improve machine learning models and AI-driven solutions for diverse business use cases
- Build scalable AI/ML pipelines for data processing, model training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining
- Integrate AI/ML models and GenAI capabilities into applications, APIs, workflows, enterprise platforms, and data systems
- Work with cloud-based AI and data platforms such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks, Kubernetes, serverless services, and vector databases
- Apply MLOps and LLMOps practices, including experiment tracking, model versioning, CI/CD, automated testing, deployment automation, and monitoring
- Evaluate and optimize AI/ML solutions for accuracy, performance, scalability, reliability, security, cost, and business value
- Monitor production AI systems for model drift, data quality issues, hallucinations, latency, cost, and performance degradation
Apply responsible AI practices, including data privacy, access control, explainability, bias awareness, prompt safety, and governance alignment
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, machine learning, AI engineering, or related technical roles
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models, AI-driven solutions, or production AI systems
- Solid experience in AI/ML and Generative AI solution development
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and model evaluation
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Experience with MLOps/LLMOps practices, including CI/CD, model versioning, automated deployment, and production monitoring
- Experience integrating AI/ML models and GenAI capabilities into applications, APIs, workflows, and enterprise systems
- Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, security, access control, and governance practices
- Solid understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, including data preparation, model training, deployment, monitoring, and optimization
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, APIs, and AI/ML frameworks
- Proven solid problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
