About this role
Minimum 3 years experience in accounting, advisory, financial audit, or transaction services at a Top Ten public accounting firm; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or CPA eligible; strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, IFRS, M&A; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; willingness to travel; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
