Overview The Senior Associate, Video Investment supports the execution and management of video campaigns across the full video ecosystem, including Linear TV, Streaming, CTV, OTT, VOD, and Digital Video. Working under the guidance of the Video Supervisor or Buyer, this role is responsible for coordinating campaign activation, managing day-to-day execution, maintaining buying systems, and ensuring campaigns launch and deliver successfully. The Senior Associate partners with internal teams and media vendors to resolve issues, monitor performance, and gain exposure to all aspects of the national video buying process. This is a hybrid role, requiring four days in-office each week. Responsibilities Support the activation and execution of video campaigns across multiple client accounts. Analyze media plans and vendor proposals for accuracy and alignment with approved strategy. Prepare and issue order letters and maintain campaign documentation. Enter and maintain buys within Mediaocean and other required buying platforms. Coordinate campaign launches and ensure buys are executed accurately and on schedule. Facilitate makegoods, audience guarantees, and re-expressions with media partners. Monitor campaign pacing and delivery, escalating issues and identifying solutions as needed. Handle billing discrepancies and partner with Finance and media vendors to resolve issues promptly. Complete research requests, including ratings reports, rankers, and competitive analyses. Maintain traffic documents, buying trackers, and campaign status reports. Partner with Planning, Analytics, APEX, and media vendors to support campaign execution and reporting. Communicate project status, timelines, and outstanding items proactively to the team. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging video platforms to support ongoing learning and campaign recommendations. Qualifications 1+ years’ experience in national video buying or activation Experience supporting campaigns across Linear TV, Streaming, CTV, OTT, VOD, and Digital Video Familiarity with media planning, buying, and reporting platforms, such as Prisma, Mediaocean, MBOX, and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and external media partners Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or HCP/DTC experience is a plus Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
