About this role
The Senior Clinical Pharmacist - Oncology is an oncology specialty position supporting the Providence Swedish Cancer Institute Infusion Center in Everett and the inpatient oncology service line at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett.

Required Qualifications:
- PharmD: Doctorate of Pharmacy or
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor of Pharmacy.
- Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License.
- Upon hire: Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties.
- Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) (Facility Managed) - where applicable.
- 2 years PGY1 residency training and 1 year of experience within relevant practice setting - or - a minimum of 3 years of acute care setting (in lieu of residency training).
