POSITION TITLE: Senior Consultant Business Development - U.S. Offshore/ LATAM
DEPARTMENT: U.S. Offshore/ LATAM

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field required; MBA, CIMA or CFA preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of asset management sales experience, including experience with offshore or international fund distribution required
- Demonstrated track record of raising assets with U.S.-based intermediaries required; Existing relationships with offshore-active advisors and private bankers preferred
- In-depth knowledge of UCITS funds, offshore structures, and cross-border investing considerations required
- Experience selling active global equity, fixed income, or alternative UCITS strategies and knowledge of Liquidity Funds preferred
- Understanding of LATAM, Caribbean, or international client segments is a plus
- Bilingual English with advanced level Spanish language required. Knowledge of Portuguese considered a plus
- Must posses or immediately obtain FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
MAJOR DUTIES:
Distribution & Sales
- Develop and execute a U.S. sales strategy for UCITS funds targeting offshore-eligible investors and intermediaries. Develop sales plan for cross selling the firm’s SMA suite with International financial advisors where product is available/eligible for NRC investors
- Drive net new asset flows through prospecting, territory management, and client engagement
- Conduct in-person and virtual presentations, due diligence meetings, and educational sessions
- Manage and grow relationships with financial advisors, RIAs, private banks, family offices, and international desks
Client & Relationship Management
- Act as a subject matter expert on UCITS fund structures, investment strategies, and cross-border suitability
- Support advisors with positioning, portfolio construction, and market insights
- Partner with internal sales support, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure effective client servicing
- Maintain up to date client and call activity data in the Federated Hermes CRM database
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor competitive landscape, client demand, and regulatory considerations affecting offshore distribution
- Provide feedback to product and management teams on market trends and opportunities
- Identify new distribution channels and strategic partnerships
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all sales activities comply with U.S. securities regulations and firm policies
- Maintain appropriate documentation and adhere to all cross-border marketing guidelines
HOURS/LOCATION:
- 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (overtime as required)
- Territory: Primarily, but not limited to cities/offices across NY, FL, TX and CA
- Location: Miami, Florida strongly preferred
