About this role
Bachelor's in accounting required; CPA or licensed attorney preferred (or meet educational requirements to obtain). Minimum 2 years related experience; M&A tax and tax due diligence experience preferred. Strong Excel, project management, communication and presentation skills; willingness to travel up to 50%.
