ASD works in tandem with various divisions to provide administrative, financial, accounting, procurement, and other functions to assist with their operations. This position is also responsible for the development, implementation, review and refinement of program procedures to ensure effective coordination and tracking of all individual NMSP contract life cycles, document management, and internal/external customer inquiries and follow up.

Ideal Candidate
2 - Experience developing and delivering of guidance/training/education for varied audiences
3 - Experience organizing and conducting regular meetings with customers to foster positive relations and program success
4 - Experience recommending policy and procedure changes to improve program outcomes
5 - Experience monitoring program activities in relation to program goals, reporting on progress, and correcting deficiencies
6 - Strong and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
7 - Knowledge with the NM State Procurement Code, Statewide Human Resources, Account and Reporting System (SHARE)
8 - Strong time and project management skills
Minimum Qualification
Employment Requirements
In addition, the selected candidate must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a current Defensive Driving Certificate from the State of New Mexico; or pass and receive the Defensive Driving Certificate within six (6) months of date of hire.
