About this role
Master's or PhD in CS, computational linguistics, biomedical informatics, or related field; 7+ years NLP/ML/AI engineering with 3+ years clinical NLP; advanced Python and SQL; experience with OMOP CDM, HL7 FHIR, medspaCy, scispaCy, cTAKES, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, and terminology standards.
