Job Summary

The Senior Designer plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality design solutions that align with project objectives and customer requirements. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and consistent with the overarching design vision. The Senior Designer will also take on a mentoring role, fostering skill development within the design team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather And Refine Design Requirements By Utilizing 2D Drawing And Detailing Techniques, Ensuring Clarity And Precision In Project Specifications.
2. Develop Prototypes And Proof-Of-Concept Implementations Using Cad Software To Validate Design Decisions And Iterate Based On Feedback.
3. Mentor And Guide Junior Designers By Sharing Knowledge And Expertise In 2D Drawing Methodologies Through Training Sessions And Comprehensive Documentation.
4. Work With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Engineering And Project Management, To Ensure That The 2D Designs Align With Overall Project Goals And Technical Specifications.
5. Collaborate With Quality Assurance Teams To Establish And Maintain High-Quality Standards In Design Deliverables, Utilizing Feedback Loops To Drive Continuous Improvement.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of 2D Drawing And Detailing Principles, Utilizing Software Such As Autocad Or Similar Tools.
2. Familiarity With Engineering Change Management Processes And Its Impact On Design Documentation.
3. Basic Knowledge Of Documentation Practices, Ensuring Accuracy And Accessibility Of Design Files And Records.

Other Requirements
