Minimum qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in Human Resources, including adult development
- 10 years of experience leading and scaling tech-enabled learning and leadership development initiatives
- 10 years of experience solving system wide problems related to people, processes, and technology
- 10 years of people management with experience leading an organization
- Experience managing a portfolio of digital products, including end-to-end product strategy, user discovery, iterative development, and performance measurement
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading a learning and leadership development organization
- Experience making progress in complex and fast-moving environments
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies, particularly Build-Measure-Learn Feedback Loops, and the value of Minimum Viable Product, thinking big, starting small
- Business-minded, data-driven, and user-focused
- Passion for big-picture strategy with a dedication to operational aptitude
- An appetite for innovation and the potential for AI to transform business operations, drive efficiency and improve Googler experiences

Responsibilities
- Define the future of learning and leadership development at Google. Develop comprehensive roadmaps that seamlessly integrate human and digital learning experiences that drive measurable outcomes.
- Apply product management discipline to the learning portfolio—owning the roadmap, lifecycle, and continuous improvement of learning products based on user feedback and engagement metrics.
- Advocate for the integration of advanced learning technologies, acting as a deep domain expert in AI-enabled solutions. Drive innovation to reimagine Googler development for the AI era, utilizing new technologies to transform the function.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of The Google School for Leaders strategic plan.
- Serve as a leader to inspire and motivate your team and cultivate a culture of agility, accelerated pace, and innovation.
