How does it get done?
- Independent review, analysis, and written interpretation of technical and legal documents
- Coordinating with other staff and managers
- Completing a variety of special projects to support Bureau objectives
- Coordinating with various stakeholders including the public, industry, consultants, and other regulatory agencies
Who are the customers?
- Occasional contact with external Federal, State and Local regulatory bodies as well as contractors and environmental not for profit organizations
- Internal staff
Ideal Candidate
- Scientific, technical, mathematical, and analytical skills
- Verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing
- Reading and interpreting complex technical documents and regulations with high attention to detail
- Independently managing multiple projects at one time
- Air quality permits and regulations
