ASRC Federal Field Services LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a full-time Senior Facilities Electrical Engineer to support a government customer onsite in Springfield, VA (Ft. Belvoir).
 
Key Role:
 
Direct the facilities operations and maintenance at each site including but not limited to:
Engineering, central plant, fire protection/life safety, security, telecommunications, conference center, cafeteria, O&M, ground services, construction, renovations, and custodial
Providing technical support to site operations.
Interpreting and implementing maintenance policy and procedures.
Supervising a team of up to 14 on site
 
Requirements:
Active TS/SCI with CI poly
BS/BA + 5-7 years of experience supporting projects of similar size, scope, and complexity
Professional Engineer (PE) certification/registration
Knowledge of process improvement models (e.g., LEAN/Six Sigma, ISO 9000)
Experience building and sustaining high performing integrated teams as well as managing O&M, construction/renovation projects
Experience planning and implementing large-scale capital improvement projects
Experience with integrating project schedules
Experience/familiarity with Power Plant design/high voltage system operations
Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including, but not limited to project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metrics
Knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) concepts of operation, and electrical generation procedures
Knowledge of U.S. Government exercise or crisis management communities and experience planning, coordinating and executing support to special events
Familiarity with 24/7 operational environment
