10+ years in autonomous driving/ADAS or complex safety-critical systems; experience with regulatory assessments and L3/L4 safety cases; deep knowledge of ISO 26262, ISO 21448 (SOTIF), and UL 4600; hazard analysis, simulation-based validation, and strong communication.
