Role Summary
The Senior Manager, Data Delivery - Cross-Commercial serves as the primary technical partner to the Global Cross-Commercial Analytics team. While the business role focuses on synthesizing performance insights and strategy, this role focuses on the "how," "where," and "stability" of the data ecosystem required to achieve those insights. You are responsible for architecting, deploying, and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers our unified commercial intelligence. You will translate high-level business analytical requirements into robust data engineering solutions, ensuring that disparate data sources (Media, Pricing, Retail Media, Sales) are seamlessly integrated, and accessible.

Direct reports include 2 remote data engineering/analytics resources.
Responsibilities

Infrastructure Strategy & Integration: Lead the technical implementation of cross-commercial data foundations (e.g., Snowflake, cloud integration layers). Partner with the Global Data Foundation teams to ensure our infrastructure supports complex modeling needs like Marketing & Media Effectiveness (MME) and Revenue Growth Management (RGM).

Technical Translator & Advisor: Translate evolving business KPIs, value creation frameworks, and analytical learning agendas into concrete technical requirements, data schemas, and API strategies.

Strategic Capability Support: Align the technical infrastructure roadmap with the 2030 corporate strategy. Ensure that the architecture remains resilient, future-proof, and capable of integrating emerging digital commerce and retail media data sources.

Cross-Functional Technical Leadership: Facilitate communication between IT/Data Engineering teams and non-technical business stakeholders. Provide ongoing support for advanced analytical pilots by provisioning necessary data environments and integration points.

Resource Management: Evaluate requirements to allocate internal resources and oversee external data engineering consultants, monitoring their performance and project progress.
Required Experience

6+ years of hands-on experience building and scaling robust data applications within complex environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related technical field.
Preferred Experience

Leadership Experience: 3+ years leading the delivery of high-impact data and analytics initiatives.

Domain Expertise: Proven experience building sophisticated data integrations specifically for marketing and e-commerce systems.

Team Management: Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring remote or distributed technical talent.

Data Warehouse Architecture natively utilizing Snowflake.

Data Transformation Pipelines built with dbt and SQL.

Workflow Orchestration using Apache Airflow.

Infrastructure as Code managed via Terraform.

Version Control and CI/CD automation through GitHub.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $140,000.00 - $174,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
