Job Summary:
Join us at Electronic Arts (EA), where our mission is to inspire the world to play. As Senior Manager, Global Travel, you will guide the strategic direction of our global travel function, ensuring alignment with EA, People Experience (PE), and Real Estate and Workplace Solutions (REWS) priorities. You will lead our dedicated team, manage key programs, and partner with leaders across the company to deliver seamless travel experiences for our teams worldwide. You will report to the Vice President, Real Estate and Workplace Solutions and play a vital role in supporting our creative, collaborative, and inclusive culture.
Responsibilities:
· You will lead the global travel function, guiding a team that includes a Travel Manager in Los Angeles and potentially the CEO Travel Assistant, while managing relationships with executive partners and internal teams.
· You will oversee and improve strategic programs such as travel data analytics, visa and immigration, ground transportation, expenses integration, sustainability, and insurance coverage for all EA travelers.
· You will maintain and update the Global Travel Policy, manage all program queries, and ensure the EA World Travel Site and booking tools are current and functioning in partnership with our travel agency.
· You will manage the travel budget, oversee all supplier contracts--including airlines, hotels, and consultants--and represent us in all vendor relationships to support our business and player-first mission.
Required Qualifications:
· 8+ years of experience leading corporate travel programs, including 3+ years in a global or regional leadership role.
· Experience managing travel budgets and vendor contracts for large, distributed organizations, with measurable cost improvements.
· Experience updating and communicating global travel policies, and supporting executive travel needs in partnership with administrative teams.
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel Management, or equivalent practical experience.
