As a Senior Marketing Associate in Chase Travel Corporate Solutions, you will be highly detail-oriented and creative, you should have ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable wearing many hats—from coordinating timelines and approvals to producing executive-ready materials. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and advanced PowerPoint capability are essential. including our Entertainment and Partner Travel, and to help drive the launch of new travel technology products. This role sits within Marketing, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless, polished experience and consistent messaging.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute integrated marketing plans and campaigns for Chase Travel Corporate Solutions, including Entertainment and Partner Travel initiatives.
- Support go-to-market and launch execution for a new travel technology products, including development of messaging, supporting materials, and stakeholder coordination.
- Create and refine marketing deliverables such as PowerPoint presentations, one-pagers, event collateral, toolkits, FAQs, and internal enablement materials—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high production quality.
- Support client-facing events (behind the scenes) by coordinating timelines, logistics, invitations/registrations (as applicable), run-of-show planning, vendor/partner coordination, speaker support, and post-event follow-up.
- Manage project plans and workflows across multiple concurrent workstreams—maintaining trackers, action items, status updates, and clear communication with stakeholders.
- Partner across cross-functional teams (product, sales, relationship teams, events, design/creative, and risk/controls) to align on objectives, content, approvals, and delivery.
- Maintain brand consistency and quality control, ensuring materials adhere to firm standards and that details (formatting, naming, versioning, dates, and claims) are correct.
- Measure and synthesize results (where available) from campaigns/events and help translate insights into improvements for future efforts.
Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to adapt messaging for internal stakeholders and client-facing contexts.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills and demonstrated ability to produce executive-ready, client-appropriate decks (storytelling, structure, visual polish).
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills; comfortable coordinating across teams and driving execution.
- High ownership, flexibility, and a “roll-up-your-sleeves” approach.
Preferred Qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Familiarity with corporate travel, travel or hospitality.
- Minimum 6 years of marketing experience preferred, with relevant experience in marketing, communications, corporate travel, or product marketing
- Experience supporting product launches or adoption initiatives for digital tools/platforms a plus
- Experience supporting client-facing events (virtual and/or in-person) in a coordination and execution capacity a plus
