Bachelor's or Master's in engineering (or related) with 4–5+ years engineering experience (options with FE/PE). Requires FE completion or PE registration (MN or reciprocal), experience in wastewater planning, hydraulic modeling (PC-SWMM/PCSWMM), ArcGIS, Excel, PowerBI, project management, and ability to work with stakeholders. Candidate residence must be in Minnesota or Wisconsin.
