Including posting any undistributed credits while talking to the patient or reviewing the account.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EIdentify bad debt accounts that qualify for recall from the collection agencies.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EResponds to MyChart inquiries in a timely manner.
