The Team You’ll Join
The Senior Pricing Analyst will join a highly collaborative and growing team responsible for driving disciplined, scalable pricing across customer deals. The team sets portfolio pricing strategy and governance, partners with Sales, Relationship, Finance, Legal, and Product to improve win rate while ensuring pricing decisions meet strategic objectives.
How You’ll Contribute
Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to establish competitive pricing strategies that support revenue growth and market expansion. Develops product and client focused analysis to support pricing models, guidelines, and deal structures. Supports complex proposals and leverages competitive and market intelligence to inform bid strategy and commercial decision making.
• Works with Sales teams to refine product pricing strategies and lead execution in specific proposals, including price increases.
• Manages price books and ensures updates are published and applied across various proposal structures and development processes.
• Assesses data from a variety of sources to derive insights into proposal-related pricing strategies and market trends.
• Analyzes competitor pricing, market share and margins and tracks client buying patterns to understand, develop and recommend effective strategies for the company’s offerings.
• Develops targeted tools and capabilities to help the company quickly respond to changing market conditions and trends.
• Works with business partners, Sales, and Finance to understand and recommend pricing, packaging and bundling strategies.
• Develop and maintain financial models, pricing tools, and process components that support data-driven pricing decisions.
• Design dashboards to evaluate pricing effectiveness, track key performance indicators, deal activity, and client renewals to track pricing performance.
• Analyze product- and portfolio-level pricing performance to identify risks and opportunities that inform pricing strategy refinements.
• Support consistent application of pricing policies and escalation procedures, including standardized terms, renewal uplift policies, and target guidelines.
What You’ll Need to Bring
• Candidates should demonstrate the relevant experience, skills, and capabilities needed to successfully perform in the role. Relevant experience may be gained through current responsibilities, prior roles, project work, leadership opportunities, or other comparable experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field required; advanced degree, such as an MBA, preferred.
• Background in pricing, commercial analytics, or FP&A.
• Experience analyzing complex data sets and building financial models.
• Customer focused with the ability to simplify complex deal tradeoffs, make clear recommendations, and influence outcomes.
• Advanced Excel skills required; Power BI (or similar) is a plus.
Nice-to-Haves
• SaaS, fintech, wealth management, or enterprise technology experience.
• CPQ implementation experience.
• Built pricing dashboards/metrics and turned insights into action.

Our Investment in You
This role offers a base salary range of $78,200 to $97,700. The range listed represents a good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
