About this role
Aircall is a unicorn, AI-powered customer communications platform used by 22,000+ companies worldwide to drive revenue, resolve issues faster, and scale customer-facing teams. We’re redefining customer communications by bringing voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and AI together into one seamless workspace.
Our momentum comes from a simple idea: help teams work smarter, not harder. Aircall’s AI Voice Agent automates routine calls, AI Assist streamlines post-call work, and AI Assist Pro delivers real-time guidance so people can do their best work. The result is higher revenue, faster resolutions, and teams that scale with confidence.
Aircall is headquartered in Paris, our European HQ, with a strong North American presence anchored in Seattle, our North American HQ, and teams across Madrid, London, Berlin, San Francisco, New York City, Sydney, and Mexico City. We’ve built a product customers love and a business that’s scaling quickly, backed by world-class investors and driven by rapid AI innovation across multiple product lines.
At Aircall, you’ll join a company in motion. We’re ambitious, product-driven, and execution-focused, with visible impact, fast decisions, and real growth.
How we work at Aircall: We’re customer-obsessed, data-driven, and focused on delivering meaningful outcomes. We value ownership, continuous learning, and thoughtful speed. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where trust and impact matter, you’ll feel at home here.
Aircall is looking for a Lead Product Marketing Manager to own product marketing for AI Voice Agents. This is a technical, high-visibility role. You will sit close to Product and Engineering, co-own the roadmap, and build the narrative that shapes how customers, GTM teams, and Aircall's leadership team speak about AI Voice Agents.
You will own the upstream work: positioning, ICP, core messaging, and the technical depth to represent AI Voice Agent credibly to leadership and in the market.
This role is for someone who is a hybrid: part strategist, part storyteller, part technologist. You move between customer insight, technical product detail, competitive analysis, creative expression, and leadership alignment. Above all, you can take something the market has no name for and make it obvious.
Success in this role is measured by AI Voice Agent market awareness and net-new pipeline generation.
Where You'll Work:
This role is based in our San Francisco, CA office. We work hybrid, two days a week in office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build AIVA's external narrative including thought leadership, and bring it to market in a way that shapes how the industry defines this category
- Co-own the AI Voice Agent roadmap with Product and Engineering. Sit close enough to the team to understand technical tradeoffs and translate them into market strategy.
- Own core messaging and drive cross-functional alignment on what we say, why, and how it shows up everywhere: website, sales deck, customer email.
- Communicate strategy and progress to Aircall's leadership team. Be the person leadership turns to for a clear view of where AI Voice Agent stands and where it's headed.
- Talk directly to customers and prospects to understand how they evaluate and adopt AI Voice Agent, and turn that into sharper positioning.
- Get hands-on with the product before you write a single message: read the docs, use the API, dig into the tech, and translate it into a competitive advantage.
- Turn narrative and positioning into launches, campaigns, and bigger GTM moments.
- Represent AI Voice Agent in competitive and market analysis, keeping the narrative sharp as the space evolves.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of product marketing experience, including real depth on a technical B2B SaaS product.
- Comfortable going deep on technical product detail. You understand how AI Voice Agent works, not just what it does.
- A genuine interest in AI: how the models work, how the stack is evolving, and why it matters to the people building on it.
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and communicate strategy clearly at that level.
- Experience working in near-daily partnership with Product Management and Engineering, ideally co-owning roadmap decisions.
- Strong narrative and positioning skills. You can define an ICP, build core messaging, and translate technical capability into a market story.
- AI fluency: you build repeatable AI workflows, not one-off prompts, and know when to trust, challenge, or override the output. Your bar is better work, not more AI activity.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast pace, with a product that keeps changing.
- Excellent communicator and storyteller who tailors the message differently for leadership, customers, and sales.
