Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical & Tooling Expertise
- Project Tools: Advanced proficiency in Jira (including workflow setup, customization, dashboard creation, and reporting) and MS Project.
- ITSM Platforms: Strong practical knowledge of change, incident, and release management workflows within ServiceNow (or similar ITIL-aligned platforms).
- Productivity & Collaboration: Expert level in Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience leveraging AI productivity tools (e.g., MS Copilot) to streamline administrative and reporting workflows.
Methodologies & Frameworks
- Release & Project Management: Proven experience in project-, release management and modern software delivery lifecycles (SDLC), utilizing both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
- ITIL Framework: Solid understanding of ITIL best practices, particularly Service Transition (Change, Release, and Deployment Management).
