Senior Recruiter

Anker Innovations is a global leader in smart charging technologies and consumer products for home, car, and mobile life. The Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner with business teams on hiring strategies, build talent pipelines, coordinate candidate communications, analyze recruiting metrics, support employer branding, and assist with cross-regional hiring.

What you'll do:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Partner with business teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Proactively source candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, and manage communication with candidates in a timely manner
• Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness
• Support employer branding initiatives, including campus recruiting and social media presence
• Collaborate with global teams to support cross-regional hiring needs

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–5 years of recruiting experience, either in-house or in an agency setting
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage high-quality candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountabil i ty
• Experience recruiting for roles in tech, consumer electronics, e-commerce, or supply c • hain
• Familiarity with the U.S. labor market and hiring pract • ices
• Experience working in a high-growth or startup environ • ment
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus
