Senior Software Engineer

Fast Pace Health is a healthcare organization focused on providing accessible, high-quality patient care in rural communities. The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, test, maintain, and improve software products while collaborating with business users, internal teams, and vendors in agile environments.

What you'll do:

• Develops high-quality software design and architecture
• Executes assigned tasks in an agile methodology
• Develops tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
• Automates tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
• Develop features to enhance the user experience
• Build reusable code for future use
• Review and debug code
• Collaborate directly with our business users as we build new products
• Learn and solve business and technology problems
• Work in agile and focused small teams
• Ability to receive and give constructive criticism (critique the product - not the people)
• Perform validation and verification testing

What they're looking for:

• The ability to perform the physical, use of senses, cognitive, and environmental functions of the position, as specified on the physical demands
• Associates degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or another related field
• Or graduation from a Coding Bootcamp
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or another related field
• Or graduation from a Coding Bootcamp
• Or 4+ years as a Software Engineer
• 2 years of Experience in a Software Engineer Role
• Bachelors Degree
