POSITION TITLE:      Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

DEPARTMENT:           Human Resources Business Partners & Resourcing 

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, PHR certification or talent management certification preferred
• Minimum 3 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience; corporate recruiting preferred
• Diversity focused recruiting experience as well as experience with community and college outreach programs preferred
• Experience with Word, Excel and PeopleSoft or HCM/ATS preferred

MAJOR DUTIES:

This position partners with management at all levels to provide both strategic and tactical support in the talent acquisition process by developing and executing recruiting and sourcing strategies through all aspects of the recruitment life cycle. 

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for assigned positions
• Recruit, screen, interview, reject/hire candidates for management, exempt and non-exempt level positions
• Work with department management on the employment requisition/justification process
• Process Everify for new hires, H1Bs and other immigration paperwork, as appropriate
• Counsel interview team on interviewing techniques
• Provide employees with career counseling, as requested
• Conduct research relating to talent acquisition, market practices and special projects as needed

HOURS/LOCATION:

• 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Overtime as required)
• Federated Hermes Tower, Pittsburgh, PA  15222
• Hybrid Location (office/remote)
