Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced o9 MEIO (Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization) Consultant to design, configure, and implement inventory optimization solutions using the o9 Digital Brain platform. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to optimize inventory across multi-node supply chain networks while improving service levels and reducing working capital.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Consultant: 4-8 years overall experience with 2+ years in o9 MEIO.
•    Design and configure o9 MEIO solutions aligned with business requirements and supply chain objectives.
•    Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to inventory optimization, replenishment, and network planning.
•    Configure inventory policies, safety stock logic, replenishment parameters, service level targets, and stocking strategies.
•    Model supply chain networks include plants, DCs, hubs, suppliers, and customer locations.
•    Develop and maintain o9 configurations including dimensions, measures, workflows, action buttons, dashboards, and reports.
•    Support scenario planning, inventory simulations, and what-if analyses.
•    Collaborate with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, and Integration teams to ensure end-to-end planning alignment.
•    Validate master and transactional data required for inventory optimization.
•    Support SIT, UAT, go-live, hyper care, and enhancement activities.
•    Create functional design documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
•    Provide production support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required Skills
•    4+ years of Supply Chain Planning experience.
•    2+ years of hands-on experience in o9 Inventory Optimization / MEIO.
•    Strong understanding of: Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization (MEIO), Safety Stock Optimization, Inventory Policies & Service Levels, Replenishment Planning, Supply Planning & Network Planning, Inventory Segmentation and Buffer Strategies
•    Knowledge of o9 platform components like Enterprise Knowledge Graph (EKG), IBPL, Dashboards & Reports, Workflows and Alerts, Scenario Planning
•    Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, APO, Oracle, or JDE.
o9 Certifications Preferred
