About this role
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 5+ years (Senior) or 8+ years (Staff) experience in automotive or electro-mechanical products; experience with structured problem-solving frameworks (8D, Six Sigma, RC/CA, A3, TPS); fluency with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and service/warranty data systems.
