Senior Technical Recruiter

Brex is an intelligent finance platform that combines corporate cards, banking, spend management, bill pay, and travel software to help companies operate more efficiently. The Senior Technical Recruiter will partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to define hiring needs, source and assess candidates, manage full-cycle recruiting, build diverse technical talent pipelines, and improve recruiting processes and metrics.

What you'll do:

• ​​Lead sourcing and outreach efforts for technical roles, leveraging various tools and social platforms
• Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural alignment
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for both candidates and interviewers
• Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers and stakeholders on pipeline health and recruiting progress
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in recruiting systems and dashboards
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience
• Partner directly with Hiring Managers to drive hiring initiatives critical to building Brex's Engineering team
• Focus on attracting and evaluating top engineering talent with meaningful AI experience with strong core technical skills

• * Experience recruiting across multiple geographies (e.g., US, Canada, LATAM)
• * Familiarity with compensation strategy and market analysis for technical roles
• * Prior experience in employer branding or talent marketing initiatives
