Job Summary

As a Senior Test Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by developing comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and objectives. Key Responsibilities

1. Participate In Functional And Technical Discussions With Clients And Teams To Understand Design Specifications And Identify Performance Concerns, Ensuring The Appropriate Test Environments And Infrastructures Are Maintained And Updated.
2. Identify Opportunities For Process Improvement In Testing Methodologies And Tools, Implementing Best Practices To Enhance The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of The Testing Process.
3. Oversee The Creation And Execution Of Automated Test Scripts Using Tools Like Selenium And Junit, Ensuring Consistency And Alignment With Quality Standards To Minimize Exposure To Defects.
4. Develop, Guide, And Mentor Qa Engineers In The Use Of Testing Frameworks Such As Testng And Cucumber, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Overall Team Productivity.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Manual Testing Methodologies And Best Practices.
2. Proficient In Test Case Design, Execution, And Defect Management Using Tools Like Jira Or Bugzilla.
3. Familiarity With Automated Testing Tools And Frameworks Such As Selenium Or Testng.
